The following is an essential oil Synergy I have been using for just about every morning for the last two years. It has earned the name of "morning blend" when I am residing at home.
The essential oils used are:
You want 3 parts Bergamot to one parts Sage Dalmation. I use a small electric heat diffuser at home, however I have also tried a tea lamp and a ultra sonic water diffuser with this blend with similiar success.
I find it subtly energizing and soothing, perfect to wake up too in the mornings. Also, these two essential oils are rather common to come by. Prices may differ slightly from your source with Sage Dalmation however.
Please let me know what you think!

It is squirrel Thursday! Here is a great recipe: road-side squirrel and catchup!
I took this small 2oz bottle of CO2 extracted Sandalwood (Santalum album) distilled in 2000 just now out of its nest. I keep it in a fire safe, and only when I have a good moment of thought, do I dare attempt to expose this sacred oil to my world. I decided that now I will share my experience opening this bottle after more than one year.
It is now open.
The feelings came first - it is like a drug, I get a high. I am trying to describe a scent for the readers, and thus: it is a sugar so fine and sweet that it overwhelms your mind and emotions, and like said in "Star Trek", in order to understand its values you must have a similar frame, or point of reference.
Wow, I take another deep breath. No one knew 10 years ago how a CO2 distilled Sandalwood would turn out, and we still don't know to this day. It may take a century of learning, as I hope to pass this on.

It is squirrel Thursday! Here are two uses for dead squirrel.. evil dead squirrel...
For minor cuts and scrapes as use for a disinfectant, I always keep around a jar of Lavender essential oil. I suggest either Grosso or a Lavendin, 40/42.
Helichrysum is wonderful for bruises, for example baggy eyes. I suggest a 10% dilution in Coconut Oil, Jojobo Oil, or Grapeseed Oil.
Santalum Album (Sandalwood) quickens the healing time of acne and scars. For those of you whom wear hats and suffer from outbreaks, or for general infections, this is an excellent essential oil to help heal with minimum scaring. I suggest a 10% dilution in Coconut Oil.
The last recommended essential oil for every household is lemon. You may mix this oil with distilled water or alcohol and use it to disinfect the kitchen, bathroom, or wherever germs may hide.
Always dilute!

Wow, I am running low on many of my essential oils. It seems that the ones I do not use frequently always run out at the same time. So here is a list, a to-do list of sorts, of essential oils to replenish. If anyone has any suggestions for distributors other than my usual sources, give me a shout and I will order some samples.

Most often time is seen as aging - wrinkled skin and tired heart. If we look at time as we do Sandalwood, we see that time matures us, molds us into unique and interesting characteristics.
Santalum Album (Sandalwood) is in my opinion the most unique essential oil that exists. Its componenets gain curiousity from medical minds and allows the mind to exist an exstasy with those in other professions.
I have recently been able to add to my sandalwood collection a 2002 Vintage, Wild Crafted, Steam distilled from heartwood Santalum Album. I do have a bottle of this unreplacable oil that I will cherish and use for years to come. My new aquisition will have greater forethought. This bottle may be passed on to a family member or friend in the later years.
We should all take some time and allow ourselves to feel like this particular essential oil, and disregard our learned sense of age.
