I understand that you were experiencing many problems with your Yahoo! Mail Plus account including being unable to move and/or delete messages and verification issues. I am not able to see what was causing the problems, but I am sorry that we were not able to fix them. I see that
you had canceled your Yahoo! Mail Plus subscription. With all that you do, I understand how important having a mail service that suits all of your needs is!

I understand that you have signed back up for your Yahoo! Mail Plus account under another ID. I'm glad that you did so and I would very much like to give you a year's free subscription for your service!

If you would respond to this email, providing me the ID you signed your service up under, I will refund your charge and notify you when completed. You can respond to this email as it will come back to me!
