Every so often a fur is born in this world which is not of evil. Yes, it is true - though hardly mentioned here. So let us commemorate Puck, the non-evil squirrel who has taken more than one for the team..

I had the great pleasure of working with Marilyn Levin on a couple small projects earlier in my life. She is now using the power of confidence and communication to empower yourself and all those around you.
Here are a few clips of Marilyn speaking to an audience and engaging them to make social struggles mold into an honest, direct, and cooperative social society.
In her newsletter, she provided an activity of gratitude:
Gratitude Activity
Do this activity daily for at least a week, longer is better. It only needs to take 3-5 minutes but more is just fine too.
- You simply devote your complete undivided attention towards all the things you are grateful for.
- You can think to yourself in quiet solitude,
- you can write a list in a journal,
- you can play music that moves you and inspires you,
- you can share it out loud with another person,
- or any other method that gets you powerfully present to all of the wonderful amazing gifts of your life
As this practice grows, an inner sweet spot grows within you and you can experience intense inner peace and pleasure simply by focusing on all that you appreciate and value in your life. - Marilyn Levin
