About Spew
My education is in Computer Network Technologies. I use my free thought, when any thoughts are present, to write and produce content in a wide spectrum format flow. One day I may explain a method for accomplishing a task on a BSD operating system, or spewing about my latest Sandalwood acquisition, and other times I will keep my thoughts I put to the screen more personal and opinionated with my current gush of text in relation to my tempered mood.

As a 34 year old male who has drank coffee since the age of 15, I have visited an ever expanding growing list of both largely popular and small local coffee house establishments. While Sippin' & Surf'n I have experienced these popular Java grounds from these establishments at home along with fresh ground co-op coffee from local and out of state roasters many of which are organic and Fair Trade. Big coffee house style coffee is refreshing though should be considered a treat. Are we loosing our taste for the traditional home brew wakeup to a modern style and sometimes pricey yet convenient large coffee house traps?
Unable to cite the source of this coffee taste survey for the major 'big coffee house' businesses, it was pointed out to me that Dunkin' Donuts is the number 1 preferred coffee taste with Starbucks now in position 5. I find this very interesting with the growing popularity of taking these established roasted beans home for consumption. While I agree that Dunkin' Donuts coffee at the business establishment shines above Starbucks in taste, mirrored is the case when brewing these beans at home in my opinion. Store boughten Starbucks ground coffee has shined above the equally pricey Dunkin' Donuts brand with every method of brewing style I have used.
Opinion aside, the question focused here is why we are buying big coffee house coffee for home consumption when most localities have a co-op or a grocery store which is often filled with Java shrine? For those whom have lost their taste for a good roast because of convenience and do not already realize, or just do not have any options for good coffee in your area, I will now put you straight and introduce you to [kickapoo coffee], 100% handcrafted with fanatical attention to detail.
Our mission is to unite artisanal-quality roasting and social justice. We build direct Fair Trade partnerships with farmer cooperatives committed to quality and sustainability. Each coffee is then roasted to express clarity, sweetness and complexity. - http://www.kickapoocoffee.com/
I believe the above hand crafted roaster, Kickapoo Coffee, will set this article's readers on a straight path of Java Bean worthiness. Though I expressed my loving opinion for large corporate coffee house coffee, I hope that I may never fall victim with what may appear convenient, when actually both convenience and enjoyment is in the pot of coffee at home before your drive to work in the morning.
