peanut butter, oh man, soo much peanut butter

So here I am looking for some recipes to use up my enormous amount of peanut butter. Many of the recipes were tempting, however this one stood out the most:

PEANUT BUTTER, APPLE, AND BACON SANDWICHES

Ok, so I initially skipped over this creation thinking humbug. As you can tell, it is a hard description of a recipe to just throw out of your head. Has anyone tried this?

The recipe also calls for alfalfa sprouts...
