Shove your Blackberry

26 November, 2009 22:19 CST6CDT

I found a nice Blackberry in the parking lot this morning.  I felt bad for the person so I made every effort to try and contact someone to notify him that I found the phone.

I went out of my way to track him down.  I respected his privacy.  It was not a Pearl, but rather a very nice Blackberry device in which I thought he might happen to appreciate the return of it.

I will think twice next time.  I got a phone call from the person on his phone, after contacting what appeared to be his sister where I left my home phone number on voice-mail.  It turns out he lives right down the hall from me.  I walked the short few feet to his door.

Not a "thank you", or any hinting of gratitude for returning his expensive phone.  Instead he asked if I found his wallet and keys.  I said no, and he returned to his apartment.

Jack ass.  Next time I will think twice.  That would have been an easy unlock and a nice addition to my carrier services.  Go fuck yourself.
